The Louisiana Restaurant Association is seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for members of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program.

This position supports the Underwriting and LRA Membership teams by managing policy service inquiries, coordinating renewals, driving retention efforts, and supporting agency relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all service functions while delivering an exceptional member and agency experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce accurate work within defined deadlines
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of insurance and customer service experience required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Workers’ compensation experience preferred
