Job DescriptionSaint Dominic Village, a Senior Care Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, and assisting in scheduling appointments.

Currently looking to fill 10a-10p days on Sat & Sun and 10p-10a nights on Fri & Sat.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Greet incoming and current residents
- Direct and guide residents to their rooms or community center as needed
- Work cooperatively with management, staff, and medical team
- Communicate with visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- A professional appearance
