SpineSearch is partnering with a growing Long Island–based neurosurgery group seeking Physician Assistants to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PAs and new graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-acuity setting.
Position Overview:
 This is a hospital-based role with a focus on inpatient care. The PA will work closely with neurosurgeons and clinical staff, supporting patient care across the inpatient floors, operating room, and emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide inpatient care management for neurosurgical patients</li>
<li>First assist in the operating room</li>
<li>Perform ED consults and evaluations</li>
<li>Collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-ups</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Licensed (or eligible) Physician Assistant in New York</li>
<li>Strong interest in neurosurgery and acute care</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>
<li>New graduates are encouraged to apply</li>
