What You’ll Do
You’ll be an integral part of building high‑quality automated machinery from the ground up. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Building and assembling precision mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Assembling sub‑assemblies and complete machines using SolidWorks models, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Assisting with machine power‑up, verifying I/O, and confirming overall functionality
- Collaborating with engineers and fellow builders to troubleshoot, debug, and refine machines
- Participating in machine testing, validation, and tear‑down for shipment
- Performing basic part fabrication and modifications as needed
- Verifying fit, finish, and proper function of assemblies
- Contributing to clear and accurate project documentation
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use
You’ll work with professional‑grade tools in a true machine‑building environment, including:
- Hand and power tools
- Precision measuring instruments
- Grinding, sanding, and polishing equipment
- Lathes, mills, drill presses, hydraulic presses
- Fork trucks and shop equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Proven machine building or industrial assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret assembly prints and electrical schematics
- Hands‑on experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
- Detail‑oriented mindset with pride in craftsmanship
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
