Performance Physical Therapist
Job Description
Job Description
Ever wondered what it would be like to treat patients completely unrestricted by time, documentation, or the traditional PT framework? Do you love training and working with people who train hard? Are you ready to have autonomy over your own day to day?
If so, this job may be for you.
Kinetic Performance and Rehab opened in 2021 as the first true Performance PT practice in Winston. We currently operate as hybrid with about 80+% of our patients being cash pay and the others under a singular insurance contract. We treat fitness athletes (1v1 hour visits) with primary niche of Crossfit, weightlifting, and running and we're looking for a performance physical therapist to join our team in 2026!
KPR was founded due to the failure of traditional rehab to meet the needs of fitness athletes. We've built this model around getting people back in the gym and keeping them there for good.
We operate on a few simple core values and are looking for someone who shares these beliefs:
1. Lead from the front: We expect our employees to be actively involved in the local fitness community, prioritize their own health, and be an example of health and wellness to those around them.
2. Relational is greater than clinical: We develop deep relationships with our patients that transcend the PT clinic. Relationships are more important than whatever the newest manual therapy technique may be.
3. People over pennies: We work directly for our patients and not for 3rd party payers. We do what is best for them no matter what that means for us.
4. Time is valuable: We put the highest value on time. We charge for our time and we respect our patients time above all else.
5. Honesty and transparency: We believe in healthcare transparency. Patients will know what the cost of service is before they begin. No unexpected bills. What you see is what you pay.
We're looking for a PT who is humble, hungry, and hospitable to help us change the way people rehab in the Triad.
Job requirements:
