Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long Term Care
Location: Ainsworth, NE
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Variable Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Schedule | 36/48 Hours Per Week
Pay: $48/hr - $55/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long Term Care for an exciting Contract job in Ainsworth, NE.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.

• Perform patient assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR.

• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and CNAs in care delivery.

• Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.

• Follow facility protocols for infection control and medication management.

• Participate in limited orientation and training as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Strong Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.

• Ability to work night shifts with rotating schedules.

• Strong clinical judgment and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a nursing home environment.

• Experience with PointClickCare EMR.

• Strong medication administration and resident assessment skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
