We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clinton, Maine. This is a long-term contract position that offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency while being adaptable to shifting priorities.


Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data, including key status and identifying information, into internal systems.

• Scan and organize documents and records, ensuring they are uploaded correctly to platforms such as Salesforce.

• Handle a high volume of data entry tasks daily while maintaining precision and meeting deadlines.

• Adapt to changing priorities, such as assisting with time-sensitive tasks or reorganizing files as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and address any challenges in data processing.

• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel to filter, sort, and analyze data effectively.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on company processes to enhance efficiency.

• Assist with inventory reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to filter, sort, and work with pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other standard office software.
• Experience with scanning and organizing files for digital storage.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
