Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Survey/LiDAR Technician to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the surveying field and be familiar with Trimble surveying equipment. LiDAR capture and registration experience not required but preferred. Experience using AutoCAD software also preferred. This role will require frequent out of state travel with overnight stays. Field work will primarily be performed outdoors.
Key Responsibilities

· Have the ability to review and process field data
· Have exposure with field to finish data collection and conduct project site visits as needed to clarify/verify survey data or assist field staff
· Conduct project site visits to set survey control tied to state plane and/or plant coordinate systems
· Conduct project site visits to perform 3D Laser Scanning to capture As-built or As-found site data
· Import, clean, register, and publish scan data in office after field collection
- Collaborate with the team on various tasks and perform other assigned duties

· Safety oriented
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. ESDC adheres to federal guidelines, which may include testing for substances such as marijuana. Please note that federal regulations may differ from state-specific guidelines
· If applicable to the position, a post offer fit for duty evaluation to ensure the individual can safely perform the essential functions of the role
· Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and carry/move approximately 30lbs of equipment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Survey/LiDAR Technician
- Oil/Gas facility/site experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
- LiDAR experience, using Leica RTC360 laser scanner, preferred
- LiDAR processing experience, using Leica registration software, preferred
