We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team to work Monday to Friday and ready to be oncall. You will be responsible for dispatching, scheduling, ordering parts and closing out calls while processing service requests, preparing paperwork for escalated calls to ensure full customer satisfaction, using both common and proprietary concepts, practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule all jobs, ensuring customers’ preferences are met for a specific day and time of the day
- Record, update and maintain work schedules (scheduled and unscheduled jobs) using real-time data across locations.
- Prioritize daily activities based on shifts
- Communicate with the field staff using the dispatch tools / Jobber
- Schedule calls and assign them to the field staff according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using our dispatch tools
- Responsible for timely completion of all administrative paperwork associated with this position
- Assist in processing of completed jobs to ensure proper handling of materials and accurate billing
- Analyze and prioritize daily operational goals and timelines
- Handle real-time incidents
- Provide support to maximize operational efficiency
- Order and prepare purchase orders for parts and units
Qualifications:

A college degree or equivalent

2-5 years of experience in customer service and/or dispatcher environment in HVAC is a must

Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to HVAC

Should be proficient with MS Office
Physical Requirements:

Work from Wednesday to Monday from 8-6 pm in the office and thereafter be oncall, should you be unwilling to do this please do not apply.
