Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000
Compensation & Benefits:

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Carry out all fundamental dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead dentist on implant cases.
- Work autonomously with full independence, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been serving the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technology-driven facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We consistently welcome more than 27 new patients each month and are projected to exceed $2 million in collections this year. Our environment promotes independence without micromanagement, featuring dedicated spaces for each dentist, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the opportunity to treat patients independently while having access to mentorship as needed. Our culture emphasizes efficiency, low drama, and ongoing clinical development.
