A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Second Shift, CNA in Erie, PA! (THIS ROLE IS $22/HR WITH ROTATING WEEKENDS).
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and support to residents. This role is essential in ensuring the dignity, comfort, and daily well-being of our veterans and residents in a long-term care setting.
Certified Nursing Assistant Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22.00/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Certified Nursing Assistan Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position 2:45pm-11:45pm w/rotating weekends
Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities
· Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
· Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
· Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
· Support residents with meals and hydration
· Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
· Document care provided in accordance with facility procedures
· Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Certified Nursing Assistan Requirements
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work second shift hours and rotating weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to resident care, especially within a veteran-focused environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Experience working with elderly or veteran populations
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems
