What you'll do
• Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for a diverse portfolio of public and private clients
• Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of projects
• Lead proposal preparation and fee development efforts to support business growth
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
• Visit client offices, job sites, and consultant locations to support project execution and business development
• Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project objectives and company standards
• Monitor project performance using Vantagepoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively to clients and leadership
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
• Experience producing residential, commercial, and/or industrial site development plans
• Extensive experience managing civil site development projects in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
• Demonstrated business development experience and client relationship management
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams
• Understanding of business financial metrics and project performance
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Schedule:
On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
