Job Title: Sales Operations / Administrator
Location: Creve Coeur, MO 63141
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Account Specialist to manage and grow partner relationships within a defined geographical territory. This role focuses on driving sales, recruiting new partners, promoting Eukanuba nutritional programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to support business growth. The position requires field work four days per week and up to 25 overnight stays annually.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory coverage plans for effective account management.

Conduct in-person sales calls (85% field-based).

Manage partner/customer data using Salesforce.

Build and deliver territory sales plans to meet annual targets.

Analyze sales data to create targeted growth strategies.

Attend relevant regional events to promote brand and build relationships.

Educate partners on Eukanuba nutrition and product offerings.

Provide feeding guidelines and program recommendations to clients.

Identify and recruit new partners, focusing on professional pet industry contacts.

Work closely with PSRO and veterinary teams to enhance sales and product recommendations.

Drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through strong relationship-building.

Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices.

Submit timely reports including weekly activity, expenses, and ad hoc updates.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Interest or background in pet nutrition/professional pet care industry a plus.

Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and MS Office tools.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Willingness to travel up to 50% including occasional weekends and overnight stays.
