• Residential interior/exterior renovation & maintenance position to fill: All aspects of home remodeling, repair, restoration & maintenance for numerous companies. We are private 1099 contractors and service the entire metro Detroit area & surrounding suburbs.

Preferred but not required :

• Reliable transportation (company vehicle provided to qualified individuals after 30 days)
• Experience or comfortable on ladders
• Knowledge of aluminum brake
• Siding installation management
• Drywall install & finish experience
• Possess professional conduct with customers & on job sites

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Project management, organization & completion
