What We Need:
Obagi is seeking (temp-to-hire) creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, creative, and rapidly growing Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a curious personality, a passion for all things design, and have a strong grasp of print, video, and digital mediums.
What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs across digital (visual) and print platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to create assets that align with our brand identity and campaign goals.
- Design engaging emails and marketing content using various Design software.
- Support art direction for campaigns, social media, and branded content.
- Develop motion graphics for digital ads, social media, and web using tools in the Adobe Creative Suite such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Design UI mockups using Figma in coordination with web teams.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Stay current on design trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging tools.
What You’ll Need:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably within the beauty/CPG industry and a strong working knowledge of digital marketing principles and responsive design.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of brand identity, visual storytelling, and art direction.
- Experience with motion graphics and creative dynamic content for digital use.
- Working knowledge
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technologies (Klaviyo), with advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch
- Experience with Project Management Tools (Asana, Wrike, etc) highly preferred
- Possess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional development of others.
