- Produce machined parts from operational data and machine set up instructions using computer numerical control (CNC) and or manual machines.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Must read and understand blueprints for the parts being run.
- Complete 1st article and in-process inspections.
- Requires a broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with CNC operational procedures.
- Perform necessary side operations during machine cycle time as required (i.e., deburring, manual machine work and sawing for CNC preparation).
- Adjusts tools and replace as needed.
- Operate mostly CNC vertical milling machines.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Position is full time. Hours are Mon-Thursday 6am - 4:30pm with possible overtime.
