The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator to support the execution of high-impact communications across print, digital, and web platforms. This role ensures that all marketing deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and in coordination with stakeholders across the organization.

As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project workflows through a project management system (Workfront or Jira), assisting with email deployment (Mailchimp, Stripo, Brevo), and making simple updates to the organization’s WordPress website. This role also includes administrative and logistical responsibilities such as invoice processing, vendor coordination, meeting scheduling, and campaign support.


Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Act as a project “traffic manager” between departments and the M&C team
  • Manage timelines and requests using project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira)
  • Ensure project request forms are complete and accurate
  • Serve as the team’s go-to expert and trainer on the project management system

Email & Website Support

  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to build and maintain an email communications calendar
  • Deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp, Stripo, and/or Brevo
  • Execute basic updates and content changes on the WordPress website

Administrative & Financial Coordination

  • Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain internal records for marketing-related accounts and subscriptions

Media, Events & Vendor Relations

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, photo/video shoots, and media placements
  • Support advertising schedules, including budget tracking and communication with local publications
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors, including insurance and compliance documentation

Organizational & Team Support

  • Maintain organized archives of marketing materials, collateral, and publications
  • Record and transcribe meeting notes to support project planning
  • Attend events as needed to assist with registration, social media, and content capture


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing, nonprofit, or agency setting
  • Experience with project coordination and high-volume content production workflows
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Workfront, Jira, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Stripo, Brevo)
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS for basic web updates
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and invoice processing systems
