What You'll Do:

As our Talent Acquistion Specialist, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every candidate. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Community Engagement: You'll build and nurture relationships within the community and nationally to create a robust talent pipeline. This includes identifying key individuals and entities, attending and hosting job fairs, promoting career opportunities, and strategizing with community partners like colleges and universities.
  • Active Talent Scouting: You'll proactively source top talent through various channels, including job board postings, direct outreach (phone, email, text), and in-person scouting at relevant community events.
  • Comprehensive Applicant Management: You'll expertly guide candidates through our hiring process. This involves screening resumes, managing applicant statuses in our ATS, deploying pre-interview assessments, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and ensuring all documentation is collected efficiently.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement: You'll maintain meticulous requisition files, track recruitment statuses, and actively participate in weekly recruiting calls. You'll also prepare for and facilitate strategic staffing plan reviews to ensure we meet our "time to fill" goals and continuously refine our hiring strategies.


What You'll Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
