Environmental Services Supervisor
Location: Honolulu, HI
Salary: $52,416/yearly
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6 AM - 2:30 PM, Holidays & Weekends off)
Setting: Long-term care / healthcare facility
Express Employment has partnered with a healthcare facility in Honolulu that is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations. You'll supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, ensure infection control standards are met, and maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise environmental services and laundry staff
- Create and manage cleaning schedules/work assignments
- Inspect work areas for cleanliness and safety
- Ensure proper infection control and chemical handling
- Train, evaluate, and mentor staff
- Monitor supplies, PPE, and departmental budget
- Coordinate with nursing and facility leadership
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience within the healthcare industry preferred
- Able to lift 25 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
