We are seeking a CNC Machinist 1 for a 2nd shift position in Lawrence, MA. This company is known for its commitment to precision and quality in manufacturing, making it a leader in the industry.

Shift of the CNC Machinist 1:

2nd Shift: 3:20 PM - 12:10 AM, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate/Salary of the CNC Machinist 1:

$21.83 - $25 + 10% Shift Differential = $24.00 - $28.00

Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist 1:

• Ensure correct machine operation by changing inserts, tool holders, and skimming jaws.
• Conduct random inspections of parts to ensure conformity to specifications, including visual inspections using a microscope.
• Deburr and clean parts to maintain quality standards.
• Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Resolve and communicate problems/issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications of the CNC Machinist 1:

• High School or Trade School diploma required.
• 1+ years of CNC machine operator experience.
• Ability to monitor tool wear and make dimensional adjustments (offsets).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
