Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide onsite services within an elementary school setting in Norfolk, VA. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with students and have the flexibility to serve in a travel capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance communication skills and academic success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and school regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia license as an SLP or SLPA
  • Experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively

Location:

  • Onsite at elementary schools in Norfolk, VA, with travel opportunities to multiple school locations as required
