What’s a typical day as Talent Acquisition Specialist I? You’ll be:

  • Attracting top talent and building a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings within Global Manufacturing Supply or as assigned
  • Pre-screening candidates, developing sourcing strategies, and managing open job requisitions
  • Utilizing SuccessFactors ATS to update requisitions, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments
  • Compiling and communicating knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with state/federal employment laws and internal policies for applicant tracking and reporting
  • Facilitating candidate review meetings and capturing feedback to ensure compliance
  • Establishing business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing-related activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Have 1-3 years of Human Resources and full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment (corporate setting preferred)
  • Possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and superb communication skills
  • Demonstrate proactive recruiting, sourcing, and networking abilities to identify future talent
  • Are experienced in data management, metrics, and trend analysis, and have functional assessment knowledge
  • Can constructively challenge manager assumptions and function in an environment of multiple changing priorities
  • Have recruiting experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industries (strongly preferred) and commercial recruiting experience (a plus)
  • Are familiar with managing requisitions in SuccessFactors ATS or a similar system
