Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL regional drivers, including new CDL graduates, to operate on an Eastern Seaboard regional lane. This role provides hands-on training, predictable routes, and a competitive compensation package for drivers starting their careers.

  • Pay & Benefits
    • $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and stops)
    • Pay structure: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience) plus $15 per stop
    • Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free performance and targeted fuel efficiency
    • Trainee pay: $650+ per week for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
    • Paid orientation (one day at nearest hub): $300
    • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
  • Job Details
    • Freight: 100% no-touch dry van
    • Geography: Eastern Seaboard regional lane
    • Training: 4–6 weeks with a trainer for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
    • Schedule: Regional trips with bi-weekly home time (typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2 days)
    • Orientation: One paid day at the closest hub location
    • Average miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week
    • Drivers must be available for day or night driving as required by dispatch
  • Minimum Requirements
    • Age: 21 years or older
    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
    • Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
    • Reasonable driving record: no recent major violations or suspensions that would disqualify for safety-sensitive transportation
    • Employment history consistent with safety and reliability expectations (e.g., acceptable recent work/school attendance; extended unexplained gaps may be evaluated)
