What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As an Operations Coordinator for our Advertised Community Education Partnership (ACEP) program, you’ll gain invaluable experience working cross-functionally with marketing, account management, and digital platforms, while you master tools like Salesforce and Canva.

This role is your launchpad for deepening your skills in operations, project management, marketing support, and cross-team collaboration.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to innovate and drive results as you:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for ACEP event operations. Create and manage marketing materials from postcards and flyers to digital ads and landing pages.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. Execute high-quality campaigns and initiatives to support our many premier partnerships.
  • Maximize impact. Manage advertising orders, webinar logistics, and virtual event support through multiple platforms including Salesforce. You’ll further hone your project management skills and ability to balance deadlines and priorities.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • 1-2 years of administrative, operations, or customer service experience – or an undergraduate degree
  • Tech-savvy abilities and eagerness to learn new platforms quickly (Salesforce, Canva, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-driven with a collaborative spirit and heart for helping others succeed.
