Pay: $30–$32 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 50–60 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Millwrights for an ongoing conveyor installation project in Franklin, TN.
This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent overtime and steady work for skilled tradesmen ready to take on large-scale industrial systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and align conveyor systems and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform precise measurements and alignments to ensure proper system operation
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Millwright, preferably in conveyor installation
- Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must have basic tools and PPE
- Ability to work safely in an industrial construction environment
- OSHA 10 certification and pre-employment drug screen required
