Job Summary:

As a Talent Community Manager at micro1, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment branding and reputation management efforts. Operating remotely, you'll champion the recruitment arm of our marketing strategy, creating dynamic and engaging interactions with potential and current talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and manage positive sentiment of our brand through online platforms such as Reddit.

  • Drive the accumulation of constructive reviews on Trustpilot and Glassdoor.

  • Coordinate and facilitate video shoots with our talent pool, focusing on logistics and scheduling.

  • Establish partnerships with universities globally to support recruitment and broaden talent sourcing.

  • Boost engagement with current talent by providing incentives such as educational courses and more.

  • Ensure our digital presence effectively illustrates the benefits and improvements in our candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and community building.

  • Strong marketing acumen to drive recruitment initiatives.
