Job SummaryClient Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as a Campus Talent Advisor. In this role, you will develop and execute on-campus recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire top talent from universities for intern, co-op, and early career roles across Client businesses. You will collaborate closely with managers and program leaders to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a diverse candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting quality candidates to hiring managers.
  2. Collaborate with business and hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies, calendars, and event timelines.
  3. Develop branding materials, social media strategies, paid media campaigns, and careers website content in partnership with Marketing and Communications teams.
  4. Serve as lead recruiting contact for colleges, universities, and student chapter organizations; monitor progress toward goals and track results.
  5. Communicate effectively through recruitment events, webinars, and training sessions.
  6. Build diverse talent pipelines and develop recruitment strategies to fill positions efficiently and cost-effectively.
  7. Manage the Intern Summer Series Program, including coordination and execution of developmental and networking sessions.
  8. Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and diversity statistics.
  9. Maintain current market knowledge and external recruitment trends to drive expectations.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources, preferably recruiting and campus event management.
  3. Demonstrated experience with diversity recruiting initiatives
  4. Ability to travel up to 50% during peak seasons (domestic travel only).
  5. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), social media, and predictive recruiting tools.
  6. Strong organizational, project management, reporting, and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Self-motivated with a strategic problem-solving approach.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high requisition workload.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in a hybrid role or familiarity with hybrid work environments.
