Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) with a weekday off when scheduled

What You’ll Do:
- Help patients select stylish, comfortable eyewear and sunglasses
- Educate patients on lens and frame options based on lifestyle and vision needs
- Deliver a highly personalized customer experience with tailored recommendations
- Adjust and repair eyewear for proper fit and comfort
- Assist with lens edging and optical lab work
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide excellent patient care
- Maintain a welcoming and polished optical environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- A passion for fashion, styling, accessories, or beauty-related retail
- Comfortable working one-on-one with customers
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- 1–2 years of retail, optical, beauty, jewelry, sunglasses, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
