Express Employment Professionals has partnered with 3M in Red Wing to hire Assemblers on 2nd & 3rd shift. No experience is required - you'll receive full, hands‑on training and join a team that buildslife‑saving safety equipment used around the world.

Available Schedules

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 3:30pm-2:00am

3rd Shift

• Monday-Friday | 11:00pm-7:00am
  OR
• Tuesday-Friday | 8:30pm-7:00am

What You'll Do

(Training provided - no experience required)

• Read and follow simple blueprints
• Assemble and fasten parts
• Sew components
• Perform quality checks
• Work with small tools
• Rotate between tasks throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment
• At least 6 months of prior work history (any industry)
