Essential Functions
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Demonstrate competency in job-related skills tailored to our diverse customer populations.
- Oversee the administration, coordination, and evaluation of patient registration.
- Warmly greet visitors and patients.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes.
- Conduct insurance verification to ensure smooth operations.
- Inform patients about costs for care being provided.
- Guide patients to appropriate resources for further information.
- Answer telephones and relay messages efficiently.
- Prepare patients for exams by assisting with dressing, positioning, and escorting them to and from exam rooms.
- Ensure exam rooms are well-prepared for patient visits.
- Interact compassionately with individuals ranging from healthy to critically ill.
- May be required to start IVs, depending on modality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with physicians, patients, and the public
- The ability to build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers
Physical Demands
This position may require:
- Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
- Sitting for prolonged periods
- Frequent standing and walking
Dress Attire
Dress code is business casual or scrubs, depending on the department.
