This role involves coordinating and delivering patient care through the nursing process, under the guidance of the Nurse Manager or Director. The position is based in Fuquay Varina, NC, and is offered as a contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver competent nursing care for patients with complex clinical needs, addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, synthesizing complex data to prioritize care needs, anticipate discharge requirements, and involve family advocacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring continuity and compliance with institutional policies.
• Facilitate patient and family education by assessing readiness and developmental levels, utilizing appropriate teaching materials.
• Participate in professional development through targeted education programs and self-initiated learning activities.
