Job Description

Hybrid Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist (Lancaster County & Terre Hill, PA)

Thrive Pelvic Therapy | Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or Per Diem

Join a women’s health team that values flexibility, mentorship, and meaningful work.

Thrive Pelvic Therapy is a specialty pelvic floor practice serving Lancaster and Chester Counties, PA. We provide one-on-one, 55–60-minute sessions both in patients’ homes and in our Terre Hill clinic.

About the Position

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a hybrid role — approximately 3 days of home visits (Lancaster County) and 2 days in-clinic (Terre Hill).

You’ll help women overcome pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and postpartum challenges, empowering them to regain confidence and return to the activities they love.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 pelvic floor therapy in patients’ homes and at our Terre Hill clinic
  • Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, postpartum recovery)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
  • Educate and empower patients with customized home programs
  • Manage your own schedule and deliver excellent patient experiences

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your week
  • Competitive compensation without productivity pressure
  • Mentorship in pelvic health (Herman & Wallace Level 1 support available)
  • Minimal documentation — cash-based, not insurance-driven
  • Supportive, collaborative, women-centered team environment
  • Continuing-education allowance and career-growth opportunities
  • Family-first culture and genuine work-life balance

Who You Are

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • Passionate about pelvic health (experience preferred but not required — mentorship provided)
  • Empathetic, self-driven, and organized
  • Comfortable providing mobile care and working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Able to lift ~35 lbs (mobile table and supplies)

Position Details

  • Schedule: Flexible (Full-time / Part-time / PRN / Per Diem)
  • Hours: 30–40 hours per week with growth potential
  • Location: Hybrid — 60% home visits (Lancaster County) / 40% in-clinic (Terre Hill)
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
