Match Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support operations across multiple brands. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage a team of support agents, optimize service processes, and ensure our users receive timely, empathetic, and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives across various platforms.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor performance metrics (CSAT, response time, resolution rate) and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to resolve user pain points.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent service quality.
- Leverage data and feedback to identify trends and recommend product or process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and safety standards across all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
