Location: Vancouver, WA
Type: Full-Time, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday
Compensation: $40,000/year + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment

Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, schedule, and onboard new hires.

Attract ambitious candidates through job boards + creative social media marketing.

Build relationships and keep communication positive, professional, and exciting.

Track recruitment performance and collaborate with leadership to hit hiring goals.

Represent our agency at job fairs, events, and online sessions.

Long-term: Step into interviewing + advanced recruiting responsibilities
Social Media Management

Create bold, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Film, edit, and post Reels/TikToks showing our culture, team wins, and nonprofit impact.

Write captions and posts that inspire, motivate, and stand out.

Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and grow our community.

Track analytics and stay ahead of trends to keep content sharp.
