Job Title: Rebar Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated rebar fabricator to join our team on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in an industrial environment such as construction or general labor. The position requires flexibility in working either the 1st shift from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm or the 2nd shift from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various hand and power tools to fabricate rebar.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Consistently lift up to 75 lbs.
- Operate overhead cranes and interpret blueprints.
- Engage in team meetings and safety discussions at the start of each shift.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in construction or as a general laborer.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs consistently.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with rebar and ironwork.
- Familiarity with operating overhead cranes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment
The role is set in an industrial environment where employees work indoors year-round, protected from the elements. The team-centric culture emphasizes collaboration with tasks completed in unison. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with two 30-minute breaks. The schedule may vary between 9 to 10 hours depending on workload. Employees participate in a daily 'stretch and flex' and safety meeting. The first few weeks are designed to help new team members acclimate to their roles with gradually increasing work hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
