Location: Canfield, OH

Your impact

• Set up and operate 3–4 axis VMCs and horizontal machining centers.
• Run 2-axis CNC lathes for turning operations.
• Program at the control (G-code and conversational) to meet part requirements.
• Perform manual machining on Bridgeport-style mills and manual lathes when needed.
• Translate blueprints into accurate, efficient setups and toolpaths.
• Continuously improve setups, processes, and productivity with the team.
• Keep a tidy, safe, well-organized workstation.

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrated CNC machining experience with strong G-code skills.
• Proficiency operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Manual machining experience, including vertical mills and horizontal machining centers.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Detail orientation, troubleshooting ability, and teamwork.
• Technical training/certification a plus.

• Job shop environment: precision-focused
• Climate controlled and clean
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts

Schedule and compensation

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• No mandatory weekends or OT; overtime available when possible
• Pay: Based on experience

We’re a family-oriented team with a predictable schedule—40 hours, Monday–Friday—and overtime is never mandatory. We are the Extrusion Machinery Specialists.
