• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor equipment and supplies.
• Assist in the scheduling and organization of shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all administrative processes.
• Provide support for process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with warehouse duties, equipment, and management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
