We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Santa Maria, California. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse activities.

• Collaborate with team members to support inventory management and logistics processes.

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor equipment and supplies.

• Assist in the scheduling and organization of shipments and deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all administrative processes.

• Provide support for process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.


• Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative environment is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with warehouse duties, equipment, and management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Commitment to adhering to safety and company policies.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
