LHH is teaming up with a respected law firm in San Francisco, CA in search of an experienced Office Manager to support operations across two U.S. offices.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Office Manager with experience managing staff in a legal setting. They are approachable, calm under pressure, and skilled at resolving issues with a sense of humor and professionalism. This role requires someone who is confident in their expertise, highly organized, and capable of leading.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of two office locations, including facilities, IT, records, and administrative services.

Manage and support a team of 25+ staff members, including collaboration with a strong administrator in the secondary office.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for non-attorney staff.

Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

Plan and execute internal events and engagement initiatives.

Maintain business continuity and emergency response plans.

Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of office management experience in a law firm or legal setting (required).

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance, and office operations.

Ability to make decisions independently and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite in San Francisco, CA
Hours: Full-time, standard business hours
Pay Rate: $135,000–$145,000 annually
Benefits: The firm offers comprehensive benefits, including full coverage of employee's health and dental insurance premiums.
Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
