We are a growing business dedicated to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Secretary / Client Relations Assistant to join our team and help us stay organized while expanding our client base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, services, and general inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client records
  • Reach out to potential new clients through calls, emails, or social media outreach
  • Support management with administrative tasks and follow-ups
  • Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Prior administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
