We are a growing business dedicated to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with our clients. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Secretary / Client Relations Assistant to join our team and help us stay organized while expanding our client base.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, services, and general inquiries
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client records
- Reach out to potential new clients through calls, emails, or social media outreach
- Support management with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Prior administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
