Looking for qualified Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our team!
Location: The Pavillion at St. Luke Village
Job Type: Weekend Friday - Sunday or Part Time 3-11 pm

Major Responsibilities:
- Lead & Supervise Nursing Staff - Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.
- Staff Development & Training - Assist in ongoing education, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide exceptional care.
- Direct Resident Care - Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Resident Assessments - Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.
- Treatment Planning & Compliance - Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.
- Recruit & Retain Nursing Talent - Play a key role in the hiring and retention of skilled nursing professionals.
- Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.
- Drive Continuous Improvement - Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
- At least 1 year of experience in nursing administration.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.
- Ability to work weekends with flexibility and adaptability.
- Completion of Preceptor Training (or willingness to complete upon hire).
