Our Insurance Agency is looking for a fully bilingual ( English and Spanish) Insurance Agent ( 4-40 or 2-40 licensed) for our location in Hialeah. The right candidate has to be a team player, great with customer interaction, problem solver and specially excel in Sales.

- OBAMACARE

- CAR INSURANCE

- HOME INSURANCE

- COMMERCIAL INSURANCE

- TAXES

Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding client services and support to our customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core skills in communication, data entry, and phone etiquette will enable you to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Your bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish will enhance our service reach, while your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will streamline processes. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the system while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist clients with insurance-related questions and guide them through policy options.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills to foster positive client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Spanish; bilingual capabilities preferred
  • Strong customer service and client support skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling
  • Ability to handle cash and perform analysis tasks
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing customer interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
