Job Details:

• Work in ICU/IMCU units caring for patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, sepsis, renal issues, pancreatitis, general surgeries pre/post-op, orthopedic cases, COPD, COVID-19, GI conditions, and sickle cell crisis
\n• Maintain 3:1 patient ratio during days, nights, and weekends
\n• Work every other weekend
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• Must be willing to float within facility/scope of practice between ICU and IMCU units
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required - accepts first-time travelers
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
\n• Must have experience with Epic charting system
\n• Skills required: Management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning (ETT, NT), isolation precautions/PPE
\n• Holiday policy: Must work holidays that fall during assignment period (1-2 holidays = work all; 3 holidays = work 2 of 3)
\n• Patient age groups: Adults and geriatrics
\n• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
\n• Full compliance required to start on time
\n• GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
\n• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)
