Job DescriptionTITLE: Organizational Development Manager
ABOUT THE JOB:Seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Organization Development Manager. You will lead the strategy and execution of talent development initiatives across the company. This includes a focus to enhance organizational effectiveness through leadership development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, onboarding of new employees and training programs. You will work closely with project teams, operations, and HR leadership to build a high-performance culture in a dynamic, safety-critical construction environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in people development, preferably
within construction or a skilled trades industry.
• Bachelor Degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in managing teams and large-scale organizational development projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in construction-based, HRIS
programs, performance management systems and talent analytics.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Performs well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-
paced environment.
