Responsibilities Include:
- Day-to-day project management; planning and execution on a range of workstreams including: requirements collections and analysis, data calls, content development and logistics coordination for governance meetings, PMO meeting facilitation, development of standard operating procedures, management of stakeholder distribution lists, meeting minutes, and various reporting-related activities to the government.
- Leadership of project support planning, integration, and execution of plans and associated tactics
- Ability to gather technical requirements, priorities, and risks
- Experience engaging with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Understanding of basic cloud security and compliance fundamentals
- Experience with supporting technical migrations or deployment projects
- Experience maintaining project documentation, updating status dashboards, and preparing materials for leadership review
- Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, MS Teams, MS Planner
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings to include close collaboration with program managers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience and training.
- Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government.
- MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
- Direct client management and interaction within a PMO that has multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex, highly technical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communicator and ability to communicate effectively with senior executive personnel (SES or Flag Officer level)
- Hands-on experience managing multiple projects with a clear understanding and demonstrated application of project management methodologies (processes, best practices, tools).
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
- Client and service oriented.
- Technical writing/editorial experience.
- Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
- SharePoint site management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree program in social science, business, science, engineering, IT systems, or related field.

JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between $55,000-75,00 including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
