Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying billing errors, generating claims, and supporting the recovery of lost revenue for our clients. You will work closely with contracts, financial documents, vendors, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity in the audit process.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client data to identify discrepancies and recover overpayments.

Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation to validate claims.

Generate, document, and submit claims in accordance with company standards.

Update and manage information in the claims management system.

Communicate with vendors to provide backup documentation and resolve inquiries.

Prepare and send claim packages to vendors and/or clients.

Pull documents from buyers, contracts, and internal systems as needed.

Support the audit team in various project activities.

Respond to vendor inquiries with clear, professional written communication.

Investigate and resolve issues related to client procedures or business operations.

Meet productivity and quality targets for both volume and financial value of claims.

Ensure deadlines and timelines for audit cycles are met consistently.

Contribute to process improvements and share audit best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in audit, data analysis, claims processing, or a similar function is a plus.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Familiarity with audit processes or financial recovery is a plus.
