Machine Operator – Chocolate Manufacturing Warehouse
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (DOE)
We are urgently hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our chocolate manufacturing team in Torrance, CA! If you have experience operating food production machinery and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food production machinery, including:
- Enrober
- Pouching Machine
- Vertical Form Fill
- Horizontal Form Fill
- Other automated packaging and processing equipment
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and maintain quality control.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating food processing or packaging machines is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Comfortable working with automated production equipment.
- Must follow strict hygiene and dress code requirements, including:
- No makeup, jewelry, acrylic nails, or ripped clothing
- Must wear non-slip shoes (all other required PPE will be provided)
