Overview

FatPipe Networks is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to manage customer relationships, support existing accounts, and help drive revenue through renewals, expansion opportunities, and new business referrals. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, builds strong long-term customer relationships, and enjoys solving problems while helping organizations improve their networks through FatPipe's industry-leading SD-WAN and cybersecurity solutions.

This is a full-time mid-level Monday - Friday day shift position with commissions, benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Hourly pay depends on specific experience.

Responsibilities:

Renewals, Retention, and Growth

  • Manage renewal schedules and ensure timely completion of renewal activities
  • Identify expansion opportunities such as additional licenses, sites, upgrades, or feature adoption
  • Create quotes, pricing updates, and expansion proposals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and act early to prevent churn risks

Customer Relationship & Lifecycle Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned customers
  • Conduct proactive account check-ins and scheduled value reviews
  • Maintain detailed account records, renewal timelines, and engagement notes in CRM

Customer Communication & Enablement

  • Share relevant product updates, new releases, and best practices
  • Facilitate onboarding coordination and post-deployment follow-ups
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver customer-facing summaries, success notes, and status updates

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
  • Support marketing and outreach campaigns targeted at current customers

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in customer success, account management, inside sales, or similar client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable discussing business value and product benefits
  • Interest in networking, SD-WAN, SaaS, telecom, or cybersecurity is a plus
  • Preferred to have experience in B2B support, technology, or telecommunications environments
