What You Bring

• A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
• Good communication skillsyou talk with the team, not at them.
• A High School diploma/GED.
• Restoration, construction, or related experiencedefinitely a plus but not required.
• IICRC certifications? Even better!
• A valid drivers license and willingness for on-call shifts.
• Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.

Schedule

• Full-time, between the hours of 7AM7PM (MonFri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travelwith occasional out-of-area work.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
