Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and medical professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient health, and document care activities.
- Educate families on managing their child’s health needs.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and DNI standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Current CPR certification.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
