Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining all general utilities in the building. Your role will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting pumps, building maintenance, taking out the trash, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot pumps
- Perform general building maintenance
- Take out the trash and maintain a clean work environment
- Handle preventive maintenance tasks
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks
- Maintain facilities and heavy equipment
- Use hand and power tools effectively
- Conduct electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatic system repairs
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Perform painting, finish carpentry, and woodwork tasks
- Engage in construction-related activities as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
